We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support branch operations across Broome, Karratha and Tom Price. A great opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be the friendly, professional voice of Grace - coordinating bookings, supporting our external consultants, and ensuring every customer enquiry is handled with care and efficiency. You'll play a key role in keeping our branch operations running smoothly, from processing quotes through to coordinating deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Support the Admin/Branch Manager and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Promote Grace's services and assist with quotes, bookings and sales enquiries
- Manage customer communications around uplifts,



deliveries and storage, including handling complaints or claims

Administration

- Provide general administrative support, including document processing and invoicing
- Help maintain a safe, clean and well-organised work environment
