What you’ll do:
- Speak with beneficiaries via phone, email and in person
- Process trust distribution applications with care and accuracy
- Connect people to the right services and support
- Provide admin support to our Trustee Services team
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years customer service or contact centre experience
- Confident, respectful communication style
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated and calm under pressure
- A genuine desire to help others
