Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join their growing team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent chance to work with a premium business that supplies high-quality wellness products, providing outstanding after-sales support to customers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional and solutions-focused.

About the Role

- Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and service
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Update customer information within the CRM system
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

About You
- Previous experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills




- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
- Strong computer and administration skills
- A positive, friendly and professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
