Collis Bros Plumbing is looking for a CSR and Dispatch Coordinator to join the team - 1 Full Time or 2 Part-Timers

This is not the job for someone who wants eight hours of silence, a perfectly still inbox, and a desk plant named Susan.

It’s a service business. Phones ring. Jobs move. Customers need updates. Technicians need clear information. The schedule changes because, well, plumbing!

That’s not a bad thing!

You’ll suit this role if you like being involved, talking to people, keeping things organised, and helping a busy team stay on track.

You don’t need to know plumbing inside out from day one. We’ll train you.

But you do need to be switched-on, reliable, good with people, and proud of doing your role properly.

About the Role





You’ll help manage customer calls, book jobs, coordinate technician schedules, update customers, and keep job information accurate.

You’ll be the person helping the office, customers, and technicians stay on the same page.

It’s busy, but it’s not meant to be a circus. You’ll have training, support, and people around you who give a damn.

Opportinity to take on some HR, marketing or bookkeeping tasks if desired.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answering customer calls and enquiries

Booking jobs with accurate notes and details

Coordinating technician schedules as jobs move or change

Keeping customers updated

Making sure technicians have the information they need

Updating job notes, customer records, and booking details

Making customer follow-up calls of all kinds (we have a very clever work management software that keeps track for us!)

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, admin, dispatch, scheduling, or similar

Clear communication and good attention to detail

Someone who can stay calm when priorities shift

Confidence using phones, computers, and job systems

Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership

Someone who enjoys a laugh, works hard, and takes pride in doing a positive job
