About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Services team based in Mount Kuring-gai and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

The primary responsibility is to manage the administration of home nutrition patients, ensuring they have sufficient stock on hand to prevent emergency situations. This includes coordinating time sensitive deliveries to ensure products are received within the required timeframe.

If you are a excellent communicator, love working as a team, have strong organisation skills, and thrive on excellent customer service, then this role is for you!

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Home Enteral Nutrition Patient Support
- Customer Service
- Administration
- Knowledge and Compliance

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in customer service role, ideally from within the healthcare industry or a similar GMP controlled environment
- Exposure to SAP and Salesforce or a similar system would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to ensure issues are identified and addressed appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
