As a Customer Service Supervisor at Campbell and George, you will work collaboratively with venue management to provide guidance and support to your team and quality service to patrons. You will play a key role in overseeing, leading and coaching the team to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.

What you’ll do

· Oversee and maintain the high standards of the venue

· Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with staff, members and guests to build rapport and ensure high levels of satisfaction

· Lead a dedicated team and maintain a “lead from the front” approach

· Identify areas for improvement & provide direct feedback and guidance to the team

· Work a rotating roster consisting of days, nights and weekends

· Possess exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with your team, management and patrons, while confidently managing cash-handling duties and completing accurate operational reporting

What you’ll bring

· Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within hospitality, gaming, or a similar customer-facing setting

· A genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build rapport and create a positive experience for members and guests

· Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the confidence to guide,



motivate and get the best out of your team

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the venue

· Accuracy and attention to detail when it comes to cash-handling and completing operational or reporting tasks

· Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including days, nights and weekends, to suit the needs of the business

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify issues early and follow through on improvements
