The Role

As part of the Distributions Team, the Customer Service Team Leader takes ownership of the day-to-day coordination of domestic and export distribution whilst leading a team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations while also thinking about process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and coaching a team of three Distribution Officers
- Coordinating domestic and export distribution
- Liaising with warehousing, transport providers and manufacturing sites
- Monitoring logistics and service performance




- Resolving delivery and distribution issues
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Acting as the key escalation point for distribution matters

About You

- Supervisory or team leadership experience in distribution, customer service or logistics
- Experience with transport providers and warehousing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A people-focused leadership style
- Excellent organisational skills
