As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic customers, helping them resolve software-related queries, troubleshoot application issues, and get the most out of our platform.

Our clients are typically small to large GPs, hospitals, specialists, and allied health professionals.

The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, role based in Melbourne, with flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Technical Support capabilities, with comfort in diagnosing software-related issues, guiding users through solutions, and working with support tools.
- Previous experience in software or healthcare-related customer support is highly beneficial.
