We are looking for a D365 FinOps System Administrator for a 6mths + contract

Can be performed remote (ideally from within Aus)

The Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimising ERP systems, particularly the FinOps Dynamics 365 platform. In collaboration with the team, you will be overseeing the running of an ERP system such as the security, administration, support, customisation, configuration, data migration and release management.

Your role will also involve the development and maintenance of compliance measures and standards that is required for managing ERP systems. This position necessitates close collaboration with cross-functional teams and is ideal for individuals with a solid interest in technology and business systems. Your passion will drive the continuous improvement of the ERP systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.

DELIVERABLES – TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL

- Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform (FinOps D365FO).
- Support daily operations of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
- Evaluate releases, applications and participate in plans for implementation and remain current on best practices.




- Define and implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Work with internal and external parties to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage data migration for implementations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate systems with other business applications.
- Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
- Help improve existing systems for security management.
- Help contribute with reporting strategy.
- Collaborate with the business team to provide constant improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing processes.
- Provide training and support to your team and wider business.

Experience

- Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
