Role Description The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and improve organizational performance. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that support strategic and operational objectives.

The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure data accuracy and integrity. The role will perform data validation, analyze business performance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources, preparing reports and visualizations, maintaining databases, developing dashboards, monitoring data quality, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. The Data Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing reporting processes, supporting business intelligence initiatives,



and promoting best practices in data management and analytics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Robust knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data management principles.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and confidentiality best practices.
