Role Description This full-time remote role as a Data Analyst / Graduate Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst at Sustainable Investment Forum Poland (POLSIF) focuses on supporting data-driven insights for sustainable finance initiatives. The position involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple internal and external sources, including financial and sustainability-related datasets.
The analyst will prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making by leadership and project teams. Daily tasks include performing quantitative analysis, trend identification, and data validation, as well as documenting methodologies and maintaining data quality standards. The role also requires collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, explaining findings in accessible language, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytical and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting & analysis, including use of tools such as Excel, BI platforms, or statistical software.
- Foundational understanding of finance or sustainable finance concepts, or a willingness to learn and develop in this domain.
- Explicit and effective communication skills to present complex data and insights to diverse audiences in a structured, concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience or interest in sustainability, ESG, or responsible investment initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic programming or data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or similar) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
