? About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. ? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources ?
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights through data analysis
- Assist with developing and maintaining data models and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports
- Support data quality, accuracy, and governance initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and business intelligence projects
- Document analytical processes and recommend opportunities for improvement

? Qualifications

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio , or other data visualization tools is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Understanding of databases, data reporting, and analytical methodologies
- Internship experience, university projects, or relevant data analytics certifications are considered an advantage
