We are seeking an experienced Data Governance & Quality Analyst to play a key role in establishing and embedding data governance capabilities across a large, complex organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of enterprise-wide governance frameworks, improve data quality and integrity, and support the implementation of contemporary data governance tools within a contemporary data and analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards and procedures
- Establish data ownership, stewardship and accountability models
- Drive Data Quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Support metadata management, data catalogues, business glossaries and data inventories
- Assist with Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management capabilities
- Define and monitor governance KPIs, maturity assessments and risk registers
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve data integrity, trust and compliance
- Support implementation and adoption of leading governance platforms

About You

You will bring





✅ 5+ years' experience in Data Governance, Data Quality or Information Governance

✅ Proven experience establishing governance frameworks in large enterprise environments

✅ Strong understanding of:

- Data Quality Management
- Metadata Management
- Data Lifecycle Management
- Master & Reference Data Management
- Data Privacy and Compliance

✅ Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Microsoft Purview
- Collibra
- Informatica
- Atlan
- Alation

✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly Regarded

- Government, public sector or highly regulated industry experience
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP programs
- Knowledge of governance maturity frameworks and data governance reporting
