We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for the position of Data Science Intern . This remote internship is designed for students and recent graduates who are eager to develop practical skills in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence while working on real-world business and data-driven projects.
Throughout the internship, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to industry-standard tools and technologies, and apply analytical techniques to solve practical business challenges in a flexible work from home environment.

Role Overview
As a Data Science Intern, you will support various stages of the data science lifecycle, including data collection, preparation, analysis, visualisation, predictive modelling, and machine learning. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.

- Support data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis and predictive modelling.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools,
and best practices in data science and artificial intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Robust interest in data science, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a remote team environment.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in Python programming.
- Understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modelling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and analytical methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or machine learning environments is considered an advantage.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven innovation.
