Data Science Engineer

Type : Contract/Full time

Location : Perth

Mandatory

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, MLOps, or scientific computing.

- Solid Python programming experience.

- Hands-on cloud deployment experience on GCP.

- Experience with Docker and Linux-based environments.

- Experience deploying or operationalizing ML models, preferably GPU-based AI model deployment..

Preferred

- Prior experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, drug discovery, or bioinformatics projects.

- Experience working with large-scale batch inference pipelines.

- Experience with protein structure prediction or molecular modelling workflows.
