Must Have Skills:

5+ years of Agile project delivery and team leadership experience.

Experienced in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.

Facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Managed project scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder communication.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Led cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams.

Created sprint and delivery dashboards for tracking progress and capacity.

Managed project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting.

Drove continuous improvement, change management, and Agile adoption.

Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
