Facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Managed project scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder communication.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Led cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams.

Created sprint and delivery dashboards for tracking progress and capacity.

Managed project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting.

Drove continuous improvement, change management, and Agile adoption.

Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Delivery Lead to join the Project. In this role you will support the delivery team and develop leading agile processes and support others in applying them to drive consistency in project delivery. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for supporting the development team and product owners to execute the domain’s objectives to deliver value for the organization.

This role's responsibilities are to support not only the agile ceremonies but other project management areas such as risk management, resource planning, change management, stakeholder reporting and budget.
