Join a growing enterprise SaaS business delivering complex software implementations for enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a hands-on Delivery Manager role where you'll lead multiple concurrent implementations from discovery through to go-live. You'll own delivery outcomes, build trusted customer relationships, and work closely with Product, Engineering and Consulting teams to deliver successful projects.

The Role

- Lead end-to-end implementation of a configurable enterprise SaaS platform.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations.
- Own delivery across scope, budget, timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
- Lead project planning, governance, risk management and delivery reporting.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate customer workshops, solution discussions and pre-sales activities.
- Manage forecasting, commercial reporting and invoicing.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to the continued growth of the Delivery function.




- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and customer outcomes.

About You

- Experience delivering complex SaaS, ERP or enterprise software implementations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects.
- Background in consulting, professional services or software delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting and customer expectations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Able to balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality.
