About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care while supporting our dentists and clinical team in delivering high-quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments.
- Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage clinical stock and supplies.
- Ensure the practice is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Availability Required
To meet the needs of our busy practice, applicants must be available to work:
- A minimum of 3 days per week.
- Monday and Friday are essential.
- Flexibility to work either Wednesday and/or Thursday.
- Standard clinic hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Essential Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we're also open to Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting graduates who are keen to build their skills.
- Full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right person.
- Current infection control knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and experience using dental practice software is an advantage.
