As a key member of our dental team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:





 Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures from Family Dentistry to Orthodontics and Implants

 Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.

 Ensuring appropriate dental records are maintained.

 Managing inventory of dental supplies.

 Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

 Sterilisation and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.

 Supporting reception staff when needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

 Certificate 3 or 4 in dental assisting advantageous but not essential

 Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice. (Experience overlooked for an exceptional candidate with an eagerness to learn and passion for the industry).

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 High level of maturity and professionalism.

 Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

 Ability to exude sincerity, warmth, and confidence in patient interactions.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Ability to work harmoniously within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
