The Role

We're looking for a Design Intern to work across UI/UX and graphic design — helping shape how Perkx looks, feels, and functions for our users. You'll work directly with the team on live product and brand work, with mentorship built into the role. This is an onsite role in Sydney.

You'll get involved in:

- Designing and refining UI for our web and mobile product in Figma
- Wireframing, prototyping, and contributing to user research/testing
- Creating graphics and visual assets for marketing, social, and brand
- Bringing fresh, creative thinking to how we solve design problems — not just executing a spec

What We're Looking For
- Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree/diploma in UX, Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- A portfolio showing UI/UX work (Figma) — bonus points for projects with real research or an original concept behind them,



not just visual polish
- Comfortable with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Creative thinker who brings ideas, not just takes instructions
- Bonus: any marketing/comms background — we'd love help with social content and campaign visuals too
