As a Design Manager, you will:

- Lead and manage the design process for a high end, multi-storey residential project
- Develop and maintain design briefs and client deliverables, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, statutory requirements, and the Building Code of Australia.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Oversee safety in design, sustainability targets (e.g.,



Green Star/NABERS), and ensure buildability and quality expectations are achievable.
- Manage design budgets, timelines, and scope changes while supporting tenders, ECI, and value engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate design documentation, approvals, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones.

- 2-5 years in multi-story, high end residential project experience (preferably in office experience included)
