At Adventure World, we're looking for commercially driven Destination Experts who thrive on building relationships, creating extraordinary travel experiences and converting opportunities into high-value bookings.

Whether it's crafting a luxury African safari, an unforgettable Canadian rail journey or an immersive adventure through Europe and Asia, you'll use your destination expertise and consultative sales skills to inspire travellers and turn travel dreams into reality.

This is a sales-focused role where success is measured by your ability to build trust, maximise conversion opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With streamlined systems and operational support allowing you to spend less time on administration, you'll focus on what you do best: building relationships, creating personalised travel solutions and driving sales results.

We currently have opportunities across three specialisms:

- Africa & South America - think Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, and Chile
- North America - think the USA, Canada, and Alaska
- Eurasia - think the Nordics, Vietnam, India, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia

About the Role

As a Destination Expert, you are responsible for converting travel dreams into bookings. Combining destination expertise with strong consultative sales skills, you'll inspire travellers, uncover their needs and design tailored journeys that deliver exceptional experiences and commercial results.

Supported by streamlined systems and operational specialists, you'll focus on what you do best: building relationships,



creating compelling travel solutions and converting opportunities into high-value bookings.

You will

- Achieve and exceed sales, conversion and revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with guests and travel agent partners.
- Design personalised itineraries that inspire travellers and maximise booking value.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and enhance customer experiences.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and proactively follow up to drive conversion.
- Use your destination expertise to confidently guide customers through their travel decisions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain expert product and destination knowledge across your specialist region.

About You
