The Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Despatch Officers to join our Afternoon and Night Shift team in Landsdale on a full-time basis!
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our Logistics Department while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Despatch Officer, your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare, process and pack orders for despatch
- Ensure stock levels and inventory records are updated and maintained
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any despatch issues or delays
- Support stock management and replenishment processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and ensure spaces are kept clean and safe
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a despatch or warehouse role is highly regarded
- Knowledgeable on steel building products
- Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and take initiative in your role
- Valid forklift ticket is highly desirable
- Availability to work afternoon shift hours
- Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Friday, 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Availability to work night shift hours
- Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:00am
- Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am
