We’re Hireup, delivering disability and aged care support as it should be. Our story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more, and knew that people with disability could have more independence, choice and control in their lives.
The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone. Support as it should be. We’re Hireup and we’ve supported thousands of clients and support workers across Australia.
Now, we’re on a mission to ensure that people living with disability and elderly Australians can access the right support for the moments that matter for them. We do this through combining digital tools with the reliability of someone to help when it matters most. The ask?
Our mission sets a recent standard for disability and aged care support, working in a world of transformation whilst delivering reliable services every day. Authenticity, curiosity and tenacity is a must. Resilience will be key.
We will live the ‘power of yes’ and push for the best (we might not always get it right!) but we’ll work together to tackle opportunities, hold each other up and be there in the moments that matter to you and our community. What You’ll Do - Digital Business Analyst (Saas)
As our Digital/IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bringing governance, structure, and strategic oversight to our growing landscape of SaaS platforms. This role will take ownership of that landscape from an IT perspective; reviewing what we have, how it's used, and whether it's still fit for purpose, while also supporting two significant transformation projects centered on Zendesk and HubSpot. This is a hands-on, business-facing role suited to someone who can operate credibly with both senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Partner with internal department leaders to assess business needs and evaluate the ongoing suitability, integration, and configuration of core platforms like Zendesk and HubSpot.
Establish and enforce robust SaaS governance processes to prevent platform sprawl, optimise licenses, and manage external vendor relationships and performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize return on investment across all digital platforms through thorough usage reviews and commercial analysis.
Develop clear, persuasive business cases, ROI assessments, and strategic proposals for executive leadership to guide platform adoption and technical investments.
Overseeing technical implementation and configuration of new SaaS platforms, ensuring we have support models in place for strategic SaaS platforms including data quality etc.
Own the implementation of third-party AI native tooling and develop procurement/cost management strategies in this space.
Your Background 3+ years of experience as a Digital/Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, or in a similar stakeholder-facing role managing SaaS platforms.
Demonstrated experience conducting SaaS/software estate reviews, audits, or rationalisation projects.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of optimising SaaS costs, managing external vendors, and writing executive business cases.
Ability to assess platform fit against business requirements,
not just technical capability.
Change management skills to support user adoption through platform transitions.
Demonstrated experience with Zendesk and/or HubSpot platforms, contact center technologies, and business-led platform transformations.
Proven ability to build governance frameworks, translate technical needs for business stakeholders, and influence cross-functional department leaders.
