About the Role Shape Engaging Digital Experiences

We are looking for an experienced Digital Configuration Sitecore Analyst to join our Digital technology team and play a key role in delivering exceptional online experiences for our customers and stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, you will be responsible for website enhancements, digital platform configuration, user experience improvements, and the ongoing optimisation of our digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, and driving high-quality digital outcomes.

Role Type: Permanent role

Location: Parramatta, Melbourne & Brisbane What You'll Be Doing

Configure and implement website and digital platform changes in line with release cycles and business requirements.

Analyse requirements and create supporting documentation, including configuration analysis, change summaries, and traceability matrices.

Deploy changes into staging and UAT environments and support the release of approved changes into production.

Assist with end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring functionality, usability, and customer experience objectives are met.

Investigate and resolve website-related issues as part of a broader operational support team.

Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.





Partner with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.

Complete impact assessments and effort estimations to support project planning and delivery.

Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of digital products, services, and website performance. Key to the success of this role is effective stakeholder management and engagement of

Clients - to ensure services meet current and future needs including management of different priorities.

Internal stakeholders - including IT to ensure architectural fit and ongoing service performance; Fund Operations, to ensure fit with target operating model and shared efficiencies and business benefits; and Strategy and Marketing to leverage expertise and ensure alignment.

Partners/Suppliers – to maximise the benefits that a well-functioning relationship with external parties can deliver.

About

You

You are a digitally savvy professional with a strong blend of technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex business problems through digital solutions. You'll bring:

5+ yrs experience working in digital production, web operations, digital marketing, eBusiness, or online services delivery.

Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS.

Understanding of website metadata, analytics, and optimisation techniques.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, Azure DevOps, and broader web technologies.

Experience with Google Analytics (UA and GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

Understanding of web image formats and digital content best practices.

Experience working closely with designers, developers, and technical delivery teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

High attention to detail and a proactive,



solution-focused mindset. Nice to Have

Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

Experience working within a regulated financial services or enterprise environment.
