Role : Digital Information Developer

Location: Sydney, NSW

Duration: 12 Months

Digital Information Developer required for internal and external technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Degree-qualified or skilled certification in Technical Writing, Digital Communication, Information Design, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and acquire new skills.
- Strong understanding of Plain English principles.
- Experience with single-sourcing and content reuse.
- Knowledge of source control tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence,



and SharePoint.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Knowledge of API reference documentation principles.
- Experience with style guides and separation of content and presentation.
- Understanding of Knowledge Management principles, including information architecture, metadata, and taxonomies.
- Familiarity with Information Development and UX design principles.
- Experience with MS Office templates, automation, and styles.

Additional Requirement Looking for an immediate joiner with 5+ years of experience.
