About the role The Cyber Security, Network and Digital Building Systems product portfolio is looking for a Digital Infrastructure Specialist who will contribute to,
implement, maintain, support, and provide advice of our I.T. infrastructure used across Mater Group. This is a 4-month maximum-term contract at 38 hours per week, to focus on our
Voice requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible to support the delivery and ongoing operation of IT infrastructure and integrated building systems, ensuring reliable performance, effective issue resolution, and continuous improvement Salary range: $54.57- $59.38 per hour plus superannuation

[https://www.mater.org.au/group/careers/working-with-mater] What you’ll be doing Supporting Cisco network infrastructure, wireless, and voice/telephony services Administering and supporting Enghouse voice and contact centre platforms Troubleshooting network, voice, and connectivity issues Supporting Palo Alto firewall operations and network security practices Monitoring infrastructure health and responding to alerts Managing incidents, service requests, and change activities in line with ITIL practices Maintaining network documentation and configurations Working with stakeholders, vendors,
and other IT teams to support service delivery and project outcomes About you Experience working in a service delivery-focused IT environment Solid customer service and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Effective written and verbal communication skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Experience supporting enterprise network and voice environments Strong Cisco networking skills, including switching, routing, and VLANs Working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls Experience with Enghouse or similar telephony/contact centre platforms Understanding of SIP, PBX/UC, call routing, and voice quality troubleshooting Strong troubleshooting skills across network, voice, and IP-based technologies Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security Why join us?
