Available Positions

Diploma Room Leader

As a Room Leader, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators.
- Create engaging, play-based learning environments aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Guide curriculum planning, observations and developmental documentation.
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement.

Diploma Educator

As a Diploma Educator, you will:
- Support the implementation of engaging educational programs.
- Build secure, responsive relationships with children.
- Contribute to observations, programming and developmental documentation.
- Work collaboratively with your Room Leader and fellow educators.
- Promote children's learning,



wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

About You

You will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- GEKKO training, food handling certificate, Child protection training
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic and genuine passion for early childhood education.

For Room Leader applicants, previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
