We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Lead Educator to become a valued member of our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As an educator at Freckles, you will:

- Create and deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child’s interests and needs.
- Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist with planning, documentation, and reflections in line with the EYLF and NQS.
- Maintain a protected, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A current Working with Children Check.




- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for early learning, with a child-centred approach.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow professionally.
