As Director, Executive Services, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for executive correspondence, cabinet and legislation liaison, and departmental liaison functions. Working closely with senior executives, Ministerial offices and key stakeholders, you will provide trusted strategic advice, drive effective service delivery, and support strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high level strategic advice, analysis and support to the Executive Director and Director-General on complex policy and operational divisional issues.
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team, that includes the Executive Correspondence, Cabinet and Legislation Liaison and Departmental Liaison teams, ensuring effective and consistent service delivery and outcomes.
- Be a central point of liaison for the ODG with the strategic policy unit ,



reviewing submissions and providing clear, timely and accurate advice to and on behalf of the Director-General with regards to processes and emergent risks.
- Build and maintain effective working relationship with key officers within the department and across government, providing high quality, timely and sound advice to support delivery of strategic priorities.
- Work with the Director-General and Executive Director, ODG to ensure the provision of sound advice and information to central agencies across Government.
- Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace that is free from bullying, discrimination and harassment.
