Our client, a growing global clinical research organisation, is seeking an experienced Director, Project Management to provide strategic leadership across an international portfolio of clinical studies. This is an outstanding chance for a senior clinical research leader to influence project delivery, mentor high-performing teams, strengthen sponsor relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple global clinical research programs.
- Lead, mentor and develop Project Management and Clinical Operations teams.
- Drive operational excellence, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted partnerships with sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, financial performance and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support business growth through operational leadership and client engagement.
About You
You will bring
- Extensive experience leading global clinical research projects within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- A proven track record managing complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
