Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW for a Director/Senior Director/VP focused on the Financial Services industry. The role involves shaping and leading financial services client strategy, including identifying and engaging senior executives in banking, wealth management, insurance, and investment firms who seek to migrate to Australia.

The leader will design financial services–specific migration solutions, oversee client advisory engagements, and coordinate with internal consultants to ensure seamless delivery across visa, employment, and relocation processes.

Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, developing thought leadership for the sector, and contributing to business development initiatives and revenue growth. The role also requires mentoring team members, implementing operational best practices, and representing Spectral Global at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services, with experience in banking,



wealth management, insurance, or asset management.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Investments, including understanding of global mobility considerations for senior financial services leaders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate client profiles, market trends, and regulatory frameworks impacting cross-border moves.
- Demonstrated leadership experience at Director, Senior Director, or VP level, preferably in a consulting or financial services setting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with senior executives and institutional partners.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic account management, or practice-building in a professional services firm.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Australian migration, regulatory, and employment landscapes relevant to financial services professionals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CFP) are advantageous.
