- $40 - $58/hr (depending on Qualification & Experience) + Director’s Allowance + Super + Salary Packaging
- This is a full-time Fixed Term Contract, located in Airlie Preschool, Oatlands
- The service operates during school terms from 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
- Fixed term full time contract till February 2027!

About the chance: At Uniting Airlie Preschool , we believe every child deserves the best start in life. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor and Service Director to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive. Airlie Preschool has also been awarded its second excellence rating from ACECQA!

We are looking for someone who has strong leadership experience working for an exceeding service!

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
- Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
- Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
- Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan

Your Qualifications & Experience

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Teacher or Early Learning Leader
- Experience as a Nominated Supervisor and Director.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
- Strong leadership experience, communication and organisational skills
