The Role

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our Gold Coast team, supporting participant with complex needs. These roles require workers with solid experience in:

- Manual handling
- Mental health
- Challenging behaviours

You must be adaptable, confident,



and committed to building your capability in complex support. Shifts operate 24/7, including inactive night shifts.

Essential Requirements

- Current Open Driver’s Licence
- First Aid Certificate and current CPR
- Positive NDIS Worker Screening
- Proven experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
- Physically fit and able to perform active shifts
- Strong documentation and data-entry skills
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Job Type: Casual Pay: $34.15 – $94.50 per hour
