We have a specific role for a client in Cheltenham

About / Requirements:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to support a male participant in his 60s with community access.

The participant has progressive cervical myelopathy with cervical radiculopathy, peripheral neuropathy affecting his feet and legs, high-grade bladder cancer, and polycythemia. He requires assistance with community access and transport.

Support duties include:

- Driving the participant to local community outings.
- Taking the participant and his dog to the beach for walks.
- Providing transport to medical appointments on an ad hoc basis (some medical appointments are further away, e.g. Heidelberg and Malvern).

Start Date: ASAP Worker Gender: Male / Female

Car Required: Yes

Personal Care: No

Timings: Weekly Ongoing / Choose Shifts

Shift Details:

- Monday - 10am - 12pm
- Wednesday - 10am - 12pm
- Friday - 10am - 12pm
