About The Role This is a high-energy, people-facing role . You’ll play a key part in creating a positive, engaging day for participants.

Your focus will include

- Actively engaging participants in group activities, programs, and community outings
- Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity into the day program
- Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence




- Supporting behaviour support strategies in a calm, proactive way
- Working closely with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment

This role suits someone who lifts the room , builds rapport quickly, and enjoys being hands-on and present. About You This role will suit you if you:

- Have previous experience in a Day Program or group-based disability setting
- Bring an upbeat attitude, strong energy, and genuine passion for engaging people
- Are confident facilitating group activities and encouraging participation
- Communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and work well in a team
- Have 6+ months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
- Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Have NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid
