We are seeking passionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants in maintaining their independence and improving their quality of life. You will provide support in clients homes and the community, helping with:

1. Personal care (e.g., hygiene, dressing)
2. Mobility assistance (e.g., hoisting, transfers)
3. Meal preparation and feeding (including PEG/Tube feeding)
4. Supporting individuals with physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities
5. Managing complex behaviours and mental health challenges
6. Facilitating community access and social engagement

Ideal Candidate We are currently looking for Female Support Workers only in Mickleham who:

1. Experience working with people with Autism
2. Have experience in personal care and managing behaviors of concern
3. Are available for 0730 am - 1230 pm and 0400 pm - 0730 pm shifts ?

Essential Requirements
1. First Aid & CPR Certificate

2. National Police Check
3. Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

4. Valid Australian work rights
5. Valid Driver’s License, reliable car & insurance
