? CASUAL DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS, ENs, AINs & NURSING STUDENTS – IMMEDIATE START ? Franklin Family Support Services (FFSS) is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and experienced support staff to join the team supporting a bright, active and engaging young man living in Cannon Hill, QLD.

This is a rewarding opportunity to build genuine rapport with one participant while supporting him to live an active and fulfilling life. We are looking for people who are confident supporting participants with high physical support needs and who enjoy getting out into the community.

? About the Role You will provide person-centred support including:

- Personal care and assistance with daily living

- Hoisting and manual handling
- PEG feeding and mealtime support
- Medication assistance within your scope of practice
- Active community access and engagement
- Supporting independence while encouraging participation in meaningful activities
- Accurate documentation and communication with the wider support team

? We're Looking For People Who Have

- Experience supporting participants with complex physical disabilities and high support needs
- Confidence with hoisting, transfers, PEG feeding and personal care




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

? Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, active nights and sleepovers
