Task and responsibilites.

- Provide direct support and assistance to clients with disabilities, both in-homeandcommunity settings

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation,andmedication management

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration withhealthcareprofessionals

- Encourage clients to participate in social, recreational, and community activities

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

- Monitor and report on the physical and emotional well-being of clients

- Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all clients

Qualification & experience

- Previous experience (1 to 2 years) as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.

- Understanding of disability care, person-centered practices, and support plans

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills

- Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
