Ideal Candidates Will Have:

- Valid High Risk Work Licence (DG and RI/RA)
- Working at Heights Certificate
- White Card
- Tilt up Pre-cast install experience is a must.
- HR Licence (advantageous)




- Proven experience in rigging and dogging for cranes
- Ability to interpret lift plans and signals with precision
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dogging and rigging duties for tower and/or mobile cranes
- Assist crane operators with precise and safe load movements
- Tilt up Pre-cast install experience is a must.
- Help plan, rig, and direct complex lifts
- Maintain clear communication with all site personnel
- Follow strict WHS protocols at all times
