.NET API Developer (Azure Event Development)

Key Skills & Experience

· API Developer - Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6 and REST API development.

· Experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise APIs and microservices.

· Hands-on experience with event-driven development using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.

· Experience working with Apigee API Gateway, API management, API security and API lifecycle management.

· Solid understanding of JSON, REST, OAuth/JWT, and SQL Server.

· Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Agile delivery.





· Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and Docker Containerisation

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using .NET.

· Build event-driven integrations and messaging-based solutions.

· Integrate APIs with Apigee and support API management standards.

· Troubleshoot, enhance and support production integrations.

· Collaborate with architects, analysts and business teams to deliver integration requirements.
