Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local, FIFO Labour Hire.

We’re currently seeking multiple experienced Dozer Operators for an ongoing FIFO opportunity at a BHP site. This role offers excellent pay, consistent roster, and the chance to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term project.

What’s on Offer:

- $65 per hour flat rate + weekly pay
- 8:6 roster (FIFO ex Perth - Day shift only)
- Ongoing, long-term work

Key Responsibilities:

- Rehabilitation works
- GPS dozing (Topcon)
- Dozing on slope/steep terrain rehabilitation works

Skills & Experience Required:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in mine site operations
- Solid background in bulk earthworks / construction on mine sites preferred
- Proven experience operating: D10 & D9 Dozers




- Demonstrated experience in steep terrain rehabilitation works
- Competent with GPS systems (Topcon)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance

Licenses & Tickets:

- HR Drivers License (mandatory)
- Nationally Accredited Machine Operating Tickets
- Construction White or Blue Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Full Australian Working Rights
