- Lead & Mentor: Empower a dedicated team of Support Workers through hands-on coaching, guidance, and active performance management.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee safe, high-quality, and person-centred service delivery for vulnerable individuals in our community.
- Streamline Operations: Ensure seamless administrative processes, accurate reporting, effective planning, and quality record-keeping.
- Build Culture: Foster an inclusive, cohesive environment where staff are inspired to innovate and collaborate every day.
What You Bring
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to motivate, dynamic decision-making skills, and strong performance-management capabilities.
- Advanced Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict de-escalation skills.
- Domain Expertise: Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health is essential.
- Values-Driven Mindset: Passion for person-centred care, diversity, and community inclusion.
- Qualifications: Certifications in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support are preferred.
Compliance Requirements
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certifications
- Satisfactory pre-employment National Police Check
