We’re now looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team in Northbridge. You’ll be the heartbeat of the venue — supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations, leading by example, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a story or two).
About the Role
As a Duty Manager at Johnny Fox’s, you’ll:
- Oversee the venue during service and ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead and motivate the FOH team through busy nights and big events
- Handle cash ups and general administration as required
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Support with training, mentoring, and onboarding recent staff
- Bring energy, professionalism, and genuine Irish hospitality to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or senior FOH experience in a busy venue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A current Approved Manager’s Card and WA RSA Certificate
- Availability across weekends and nights
- A passion for hospitality and a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere
