Concordia Lutheran College Kindergarten invites a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and welcoming Kindergarten community. Nestled within Concordia Lutheran College in Toowoomba, our Service offers a nurturing, play-based, and nature-rich environment where curiosity, confidence, and connection flourish every day—supported by the rich resources and academic strength of a college setting.

The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a full-time Early Childhood Teacher position on a fixed-term, 6-month contract. This role runs Monday to Friday, within a Service that operates 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, for 50 weeks a year.

About You

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification

- Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates up to date

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- A warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach to nurturing children,



engaging families, and collaborating with colleagues

- Genuine passion and curiosity for fostering learning and growth within a Kindergarten setting
