The Role Our Melbourne
Campuses are looking to welcome full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience who will get the prospect to work with friendly, supportive and fun teams. This opportunity is for a Teacher level 1-5 (Teacher Award) and we offer $78,882 - $109.154 depending on your level and experience.
Key Duties Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
Assisting with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance.

Requirements Of The Role A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
Minimum two years full-time work experience
Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
