The Opportunity

This is a permanent Babies Room Leader opportunity, leading the 0–1 years room alongside a dedicated team. You'll have the opportunity to build secure,



nurturing relationships with babies and their families while creating a calm, engaging environment that supports each child's individual development. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your room, mentor your team and contribute to the centre's team-oriented and positive culture.

Who You'll Be

You'll have experience working within early childhood settings and a genuine passion for supporting babies during their earliest stages of development. Whether you're an experienced Babies Room Leader or a Diploma Educator ready to step into leadership, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence leading a team and a commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

The ideal educator will hold:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Current Working With Children Check
