About Redstone Sunbury Located within the growing Redstone community, our newest Aspire service has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional early learning experiences for children aged 0–6 years.

As a brand-new centre, you'll have the opportunity to establish strong educational systems, build a collaborative team culture, and influence the service from its very beginning. This is your chance to make a lasting impact while helping shape one of Aspire's newest communities.

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to establish and maintain high-quality educational practice across the service.

You will

- Lead and guide educational practice across all learning environments
- Mentor, coach and develop educators to build confidence and capability




- Support curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Embed Aspire's Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy throughout the service
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Drive continuous quality improvement from the centre's opening
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
- Partner with the Centre Leadership Team to support daily operations
- Build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You You're a passionate and experienced Educational Leader who enjoys developing people, inspiring best practice and building strong educational cultures.

You'll bring

- ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education highly regarded)
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader (experience in new centre openings highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
- A cooperative coaching and mentoring leadership style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to quality and compliance
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
