About Your New Role

As an Advanced Educator, you will: Support the Coordinator in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the service

Act as a senior team member and Responsible Person when required

Mentor, coach and support educators to deliver high-quality programs and experiences

Lead by example and promote best practice in children's learning, wellbeing and engagement

Design, implement and evaluate engaging and inclusive programs for school-aged children

Support compliance with legislative requirements, child safeguarding standards and organisational policies

Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans and continuous improvement initiatives

Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the broader community

Assist with service administration, documentation and operational responsibilities as required About You You are a passionate and experienced children's services professional who enjoys leading from the front and supporting others to succeed.

You Will

Bring A strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families

Proven ability to mentor and influence educators through positive leadership





Strong knowledge of child development and school-age learning environments

Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement A commitment to child safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have An ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, Education, or a related field

Demonstrated experience working in OSHC, Early Childhood Education and Care, or a similar children's services setting

Experience supporting, mentoring or leading teams of educators

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and child safeguarding requirements

Experience developing and delivering engaging programs for school-aged children

Current HLTAID012 Provide an Emergency Response in an Education and Care Setting

Current CPR certification

Current Working with Children Check
